According to endocrinologist and nutritionist Oksana Mikhaleva, white bread is allowed for everyone except two categories of people.

In an interview with Gazeta.Ru, the doctor clarified that baked goods made from premium flour are indeed quite “poor” if we evaluate the percentage of nutrient content. It will contain a lot of starch, gluten, easily digestible carbohydrates and very little protein. There may be no vitamins and minerals in white bread at all: they are concentrated in the endoxperm, the shell of the grain, and in this case they are removed.
