“According to the State Budget for 2024, the maximum exchange rate for the dollar is set at UAH 42.1. In December, the interbank exchange rate will not exceed this mark. But given the high demand for foreign currency, the National Bank will be forced to lower the hryvnia exchange rate,” he said.
