The Estonian company will hand over new anti-aircraft missiles to Ukraine for testing — Ukraine
Ukraine is testing new air defense missiles of the Estonian company Frankenburg Technologies, designed to combat enemy drones.
Ukraine will receive anti-aircraft missiles from the Estonian defense company Frankenburg Technologies for testing. The first test samples will arrive in the coming months.
This was announced by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine after a meeting in Kyiv of the Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Brigadier General Anatoly Klochka, with the management of the specified company.
The missiles that Ukraine will test are primarily designed to counter UAVs and are capable of hitting targets at an altitude of up to 2 km.
“Our goal is to help Ukraine win this war. To do this, we offer a sample of a new low-cost missile for shooting down aerial targets, primarily unmanned aerial vehicles,” said Kusti Salm, executive director of Frankenburg Technologies.
