The expert explained the groundlessness of the doubts regarding the completion of power units of Khao NPP
Yuriy Malakhov, adviser to the chairman of the board of JSC “Kyiv Research and Design Institute “Energoproekt” points to the political inhibition of the completion of power units No. 3 and No. 4 of the Khmelnytsky NPP.

“According to official information, preparatory work is underway. But the construction works announced for the summer have not yet started. Because the deputies of the Verkhovna Rada never managed to grant permission for construction. What's more, the voices of some politicians are being heard to refuse the extension at all,” he is indignant.
According to Malakhov, the arguments of opponents of the extension are not convincing.
