The Russian army is trying to move to the right bank of the Dnipro River in the Kherson region. The enemy may succeed, but a large, full-scale landing is unlikely.
This opinion was expressed by former SBU employee, military analyst Ivan Stupak in an interview with OBOZ.UA.
Stupak believes that the transfer of Russian forces and assets to the Kinburn Spit is an attempt by the Russians to protect objects in the occupied Crimea.
