The man told the court that when his daughter turned 18, they tried to mobilize him.
In Drohobych, Lviv region, a man who received a summons but categorically refused to be mobilized was sentenced to probation.
This is stated in the verdict of the Drohobytsk City District Court of the Lviv Region.
According to the court, in March 2024, the man passed the military medical board, which found him fit for mobilization. At the same time, he was given a summons, but he evaded conscription.
