As part of a boxing evening at Suamlum Night Bazaar, Bangkok, Thailand, a local age legend Srisaket Sor Rungvisai (58-6-1, 47 KO) knocked out his 18-year-old (!) compatriot in the opening round Surata Eaima Onga (22-8-1, 15 KOs), Sports.kz reports with reference to vRINGe.com.
The fight took place in the bantamweight limit (up to 53.5 kg). Rungvisai KO 1. Video of the knockout can be seen below.
Let us recall that in the past, Srisaket Sor Rungvisai twice held the WBC world champion title in the second flyweight division. Including appearances on the card Gennady Golovkin in the USA, and also collaborated with his promoter Tom Loeffler.
