The final fight of the world boxing champion from Kazakhstan turned out to be a comeback – Boxing/MMA

The final fights of the Kazakhstan boxing championship have started in Karaganda, Sports.kz reports.

The final session of the ChRK-2024 was opened by a fight in the weight category up to 48 kilograms between the titled Temirtas Zhusupov (Akmola region) and Nurzat Ongarov (Zhambyl region). The result of the fight was the victory of Zhusupov by decision of the judges. At the same time, the judges gave the first round to Ongarov.

Let us remind you that Temirtas Zhusupov is the 2021 world champion, the winner of the 2021 World Cup among military personnel, the champion of Asia in 2013 and 2019, as well as a multiple champion of Kazakhstan. In 2015, he won the World Series of Boxing season with the Astana Arlans team.
