Former world middleweight champion, 45-year-old German ring veteran Felix Sturm plans to return to the ring in 2025, Sports.kz reports with reference to Championat.com.
On February 15 in Neu-Ulm in southern Germany, the former two-weight world champion will headline a boxing evening against an as yet undetermined opponent, but according to Sturm himself, it will be a German boxer.
Sturm entered the ring twice in 2023 and won both fights (both times against the German Sükrü Altay). In total, since returning to the ring in 2020 after a 5-year inactivity, Sturm has fought five fights, scoring four victories and one defeat.
