The 38-year-old American defeated 43-year-old compatriot Matthew McKinney (17-9-3, 13 KOs) ahead of schedule.
The main event at the boxing evening in Redwood City (California, USA) turned out to be fleeting. From the first seconds, Martin seized the initiative, constantly using deuces. One of these series became fatal for the opponent already in the first round. Having missed a powerful blow to the head, McKinney fell to the canvas as if knocked down, almost flying out of the ring.
