German Ambassador to Ukraine Martin Egger believes that the latest Russian attack on Ukraine's infrastructure demonstrates Russia's reluctance to start negotiations.
The diplomat wrote about this on the social network X (Twitter).
According to him, by its actions, Russia proves that it chooses escalation.
“This morning, Russia attacked the energy system of Ukraine. This is one of the strongest missile attacks since February 2022. President Putin is waging war against the civilian population of Ukraine. Russia chooses escalation, does not want negotiations,” Eger wrote.
