The goalkeeper from Russia spoke about adaptation to Kazakhstan and learning the Kazakh language – Football

Russian goalkeeper of the capital “Zhenisa” Miroslav Lobantsev in an interview with Soviet Sport, he spoke about adaptation in Kazakhstan, and also assessed the level of football infrastructure in the country, Sports.kz reports.

— How difficult was it to adapt to life in Kazakhstan? What surprised you most about the move?
— It was easy for me personally to adapt, because I played in Petropavlovsk for the first three years. This is a northern city, there are a lot of Russians there, and I didn’t feel any big difference. Only geographically: it’s closer to Siberia, so, of course, it can be cooler. I played in Aktobe in the west – there you really feel like you’re in another country, in Kazakhstan, as, in principle, it should be. The Kazakh language predominates there, and I even had to learn some phrases myself in order, for example, to go to the market. People welcome this…
