The head of the region spoke about the progress of the program to resettle people from dilapidated housing. The governor shared the numbers during the live call.
According to Alexander Sokolov, the Kirov region is successfully completing the program of resettlement of houses that were declared unsafe before 2017. Before its start, the region was given the task of providing new housing for more than 7 thousand people.
The governor said that about 6 thousand have already received the keys to their apartments. It is planned to complete the process by the end of 2024: about 700 more residents of the Kirov region will be able to celebrate the long-awaited housewarming.
As a result, next year we will have to resettle about 350 people in the city of Sosnovka, Vyatskopolyansky district, the village of Kosino, Zuevsky district, and Kirovo-Chepetsk. These three houses are being built…
