The head of the National Academy of Ground Forces in Lviv was dismissed from his post

Academy cadets complained that they were beaten and humiliated by the head of the course, as well as bad food and bullying.

By order of the Minister of Defense of Ukraine on December 18, the head of the National Academy of Ground Forces named after Hetman Pyotr Sahaidachny, Lieutenant General Pavel Tkachuk.

This was reported to the Ministry of Defense.

It became known that during the visit of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi to Lviv, the Minister of Defense Rustem Umyerov reported to him about the results of the audit of the Main Inspection of the Ministry of Defense regarding the activities of the National Academy of Ground Forces and numerous violations discovered by GIMO.

“The President instructed to immediately correct the situation,” added the Ministry of Defense.
