Recently, several Ukrainian banks signed a Memorandum on ensuring transparency in the functioning of the payment services market. The head of the National Bank Andrey Pyshny explained the essence of this document.

According to him, this is not about tightening, lowering limits or “tightening the screws.” He noted that the memorandum does not tighten the memorandum of financial monitoring and assessment of the client in banks.
