Sibiga congratulated Senator Rubio on his nomination to serve as the 72nd US Secretary of State.
Newly elected US President Donald Trump plans to appoint Senator Marco Rubio as Secretary of State. The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andriy Sibiga addressed a candidate for this position.
In a social media post, X Sibiga congratulated Senator Rubio on his nomination to become the 72nd US Secretary of State. According to the minister, he is looking forward to deepening the strategic partnership between Kyiv and Washington.
“I look forward to working together, deepening the mutually beneficial strategic partnership between Ukraine and the United States and promoting peace through strength in Ukraine and around the world,” the head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry wrote.
