According to the military, a number of brigades are ready to test the divisional management system.
Today, the Ukrainian army operates such a system, which provides for the descent of tasks from the top to the immediate executors through all levels of command. In such a system, it is then very difficult to find the culprit if something went wrong or the task was set incorrectly. And the highest level of “guilty” for everything that happens at the front is the brigade commander.
This opinion was expressed by the deputy commander of the Third Separate Assault Brigade, Major Maksym Zhorin, in an interview with “Hromadske radio”.
“I really hope that they will finally hear and at least create divisions as a test. There are a number of brigades that have been ready to work in this format for a long time,” the military officer emphasized.
He added that several brigades united into a division will be able to take on a larger area of responsibility.
