The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine is considering the possibility of disbanding the territorial recruitment and social support centers. Such measures are discussed against the background of a number of scandals related to the excess of authority by TCC employees, as well as due to their inefficiency in mobilization processes. Recently, there has been a decline in the pace of mobilization, which was stated by several people's deputies at once.
