The investigation into the criminal case of the Kirov resident founder of the “Invest Center” was suspended

“Source Online” reports that on November 20, the preliminary investigation into the criminal case of Irina Sibiryakova was suspended. The woman founded the “Invest Center”.

It was decided to suspend the investigation because the suspect entered into a contract with the Ministry of Defense and is sent to the Northern Military District zone. Seizures have been placed on 200 items of Sibiryakova’s property, which will remain in place until a final decision is made in the criminal case. The Military Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee will find out whether the defendant’s departure to the special operation zone is legal. Perhaps Sibiryakova will be checked by the military prosecutor's office.
