The iPhone accidentally ended up under a layer of ice on the ice rink
It fell on one of the employees.
A seasonal ice rink in Milton Keys, England is attracting a lot of attention because of a bright pink iPhone stuck under a five-centimeter layer of ice.
According to Oddity Central, visitors to Willen on Ice sometimes stop in the middle of the giant rink to look at something under the ice – an iPhone. It became a tourist attraction of sorts after the media reported on it online. One of the workers installing the rink this year lost his smartphone and had to borrow his daughter's iPhone for the day, only to forget it in the middle of the rink just before it flooded and froze overnight. The next day, some of his colleagues noticed this while inspecting the ice, but they could do nothing but laugh at his misfortune, as there was no question of damage to the ice.
