World Wrestling Champion Nurkozha Kaipanov shared plans for 2025, Sports.kz reports with reference to SPORT+.

“This year has justified a lot of work, blood and sweat that was shed in training. Many thanks to everyone who supported me. Plans? The Asian Championships are ahead, then the World Championships in September. We will prepare and train. While I will fight at 74 kg, this is a royal weight; there are many strong opponents in this weight in Asia,” said Kaipanov.

Nurkozha is a two-time Asian champion in 2019 and 2021.

Let us note that earlier the former UFC champion in the flyest and bantamweight categories, American Henry Cejudo (16-4-0), was surprised by the technique of the Kazakh wrestler.
