The Kedr complex – from it Russia hit the Dnipro, details from GUR

On Thursday, November 22, the Russian army attacked the Dnipro with a new ballistic missile. The attack was probably carried out from the Kedr missile complex.

This was reported in the Main Directorate of Intelligence of Ukraine.

Intelligence sources emphasize that the flight time of this air target – from the moment of launch in the Astrakhan region to the impact in the Ukrainian Dnipro – was 15 minutes. Six warheads were installed on the rocket. Each of them is equipped with six submunitions. The speed on the final part of the trajectory was more than Mach 11.
