A resident of the Kharkiv region was sentenced for passing on confidential information about the location of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The man became a victim of the manipulations of an enemy agent.

It became known that in May 2024, an unemployed resident of the city of Dergachi started communicating through a dating chat with a woman who introduced herself as a “journalist”, she claimed that she would tell the “whole truth” about a full-scale invasion of the Kharkiv region. The enemy agent began to build a “romantic relationship” with her husband and asked him to help her gather information – to hand over the location of Ukrainian troops and equipment in Dergachy.
