The kidnapped mayor of Kherson Kolykhaev was spotted in a secret prison of the FSB of the Russian Federation

Putin's army detained him due to his unwillingness to cooperate with the occupation administration of the Russian Federation.

A person who spent 2.5 years in a secret prison of the FSB of the Russian Federation in occupied Simferopol and returned to Ukraine said that he saw the kidnapped mayor of Kherson Ihor Kolykhaev there.

This was reported by Hanna Mamonova, a documenter of war crimes at the Laboratory of Public Interest Journalism.

“I spoke with a man who spent 2.5 years in Simferopol in the basement of the FSB. This is a secret prison. The man recently returned to Ukraine. He says that he saw Kolykhayev, the kidnapped mayor of Kherson, in the basement of the FSB. The mayor is holding on,” the message says.
