The Kirov prosecutor's office convicted the Ministry of Transport and the Road Committee of violating the laws

The regional prosecutor's office conducted an inspection of the activities of the Ministry of Transport of the Kirov Region and the Road Committee subordinate to it. The results were reported in the press service of the supervisory agency.

During the inspection of the Ministry of Transport, the Kirov prosecutor's office revealed facts of violation of the rights of organizations that were engaged in work under contracts concluded with the relevant ministry and its subordinate institution. Violations are systematic: at least 60 court decisions speak about this.
