The country's authorities are additionally allocating more than 650 million rubles for expenses under social contracts, allowing citizens to get out of a difficult financial situation. Thanks to this tool, Russians can undergo retraining and improve their skills, which will simplify the search for high-paying jobs.

Also, within the framework of the social contract, up to 350 thousand rubles are provided for the development of one’s business or up to 200 thousand rubles for organizing a subsidiary farm.
