Kirov adopted the regional budget for 2025 and for the planning period of 2026 and 2027. The details were shared by the press service of the regional Ministry of Finance.
On Thursday, November 21, deputies of the Legislative Assembly of the Kirov Region considered the bill on the budget for 2025. The Minister of Finance of the region, Larisa Makoveeva, made presentations to parliamentarians. Following the discussions, the draft budget was adopted in the first reading.
The document states that the region's revenue in 2025 will be 98.7 billion rubles. Expenses will be limited to 103.5 billion rubles. Thus, the budget will receive a deficit of 4.8 billion rubles.
It is planned that in 2026 the revenues of the Kirov region will increase to 103.4 billion, and in 2027 they will decrease to 99.8 billion rubles. As for expenses, they want them…
