In Lviv, a man who categorically refused to be mobilized was sentenced to 4 years in prison.
This is stated in the verdict of the Lviv Court of Appeal.
According to the court, the resident of Lviv region refused to be mobilized as early as 2022. The first-instance court sentenced him to 2 years of probation, but the prosecutor's office appealed this ruling.
