In Odesa, a man was sentenced to 3 years in prison, who received several summonses, but categorically refused to mobilize.
This is stated in the verdict of the Kyiv District Court. Odessa.
According to the court, in July 2024, the man was found fit for mobilization. After that, he was summoned three times, but he did not come to the TCC.
At the court, the man pleaded guilty. He noted that “he did not appear before the TCC as he considers the war policy to be wrong, he does not want to take part in the war, and if he is served with a summons again, he will not appear before the TCC.”
The court analyzed the case materials and found the man guilty under Article 336 of the Criminal Code. He was sentenced to 3 years in prison.
