Elena Kovaleva, the head of Kirov, answered questions from citizens during a personal reception. Details are provided in the press release of the city administration.

During a conversation with the mayor, a woman from the Levashi settlement decided to find out why the passage from the settlement to the village of Chistye Prudy was blocked. The Kirov resident said that this route is the most convenient, and trips along other routes take much more time.

The head of the improvement department, Yulia Vasilyeva, responded that residents of Krasnogorskaya Street do not want traffic moving along their street. Cars not only smash the roadway, but also pose a threat to pedestrians, as they have to walk on the side of the road. Therefore, the mayor's office decided to make this site a dead end.
