The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyi, signed Law #12095, according to which conscripts who left military units or deserted for the first time can voluntarily return to service.
People's deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak reported this.
“During the period of martial law, military servicemen who voluntarily left military units or places of service for the first time or deserted and voluntarily arrived at the place of service, and expressed their willingness to continue military service, military service and the validity of the contract continue,” explained the People's Deputy.
