The Ministry of Defense will automatically extend reservations after a cyber attack, but not for everyone: details — Ukraine
According to Chernogorenko, we are talking about reservations that were valid as of December 19.
The Cabinet of Ministers has decided to automatically extend the already granted reservations from mobilization by one month. However, the Ministry of Defense clarified that this does not apply to all citizens who had a reservation.
The details were specified by Kateryna Chernogorenko, Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization.
“The Cabinet of Ministers yesterday decided to automatically extend the current reservations from mobilization for one month, but not longer than February 28, 2025. This applies to reservations that were valid as of December 19, 2024 and granted in accordance with Decree No. 76 of January 27 2023,” Chernogorenko explained.
She confirmed that this decision is related to the temporary suspension of state registers due to a Russian cyber attack.
