The Ministry of Finance explained where they will be spent – UNIAN
As part of the Ukraine Facility instrument, the state budget has already received 12.1 billion euros.
The Council of the European Union approved the allocation of the second tranche of loans and grants to Ukraine in the amount of 4 billion euros within the framework of the Ukraine Facility financial instrument. According to the press service of the Ministry of Finance, the funds will be used for priority social and humanitarian expenses of the state budget.
“Ukraine completed all the activities determined by the Ukraine Plan by the end of the third quarter, which, in turn, opened up the possibility of receiving the corresponding tranche under the instrument,” the statement says.
