The American missile defense base in Redzików, Poland, which is part of the Aegis Ashore system, is purely defensive in nature and is not equipped with nuclear missiles.
This was stated by the spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland, Pawel Wronski, emphasizing that the base is intended for defense, not for attack, RMF24 reports.
As Pavel Vronsky noted, the missile defense base in Redzikovo was created to protect against ballistic missiles, primarily those that may be launched by rogue countries.
“These countries declare that they are going to attack someone and believe that such a political robbery is their way of conducting politics,” he emphasized.
