The Ministry of Internal Affairs has temporarily suspended the provision of certain services – UNIAN

Due to a technical glitch in the operation of some state registers, service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs have suspended the provision of certain registration services for changing the owner of a car. This was reported by the press service of the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

It is noted that the service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs were forced to suspend the provision of registration services for vehicles related to the change of owner:

• under a purchase and sale agreement concluded at the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, with business entities, with a notary, at the Central Administrative Office and through “Diya”;
• under a contract of gift, exchange, inheritance
• under a leasing agreement, stock exchange transaction;
• culling.
