Dmytro Bogatyuk, the head of the Department of the Office for Persons Disappeared Under Special Circumstances of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, announced this on the radio.

“From the moment (inception – ed.) of the Unified Register of Persons Missing Under Special Circumstances, information on more than 70,000 persons who were considered missing were entered into it. As of today, about 60,000 are still being actively sought,” – said Bogatyuk.
