This opinion was expressed by military commentator Denys Popovych on Radio NV.
Popovych commented on the fact that on December 25, one Russian cruise missile flew 140 km in the airspace of Moldova, then headed through the territory of Romania, and from there turned around in the direction of Chernivtsi.
