The NSDC explained the growing level of Putin's threats to Oreshnik
Russia is betting exclusively on information influence and creating panic.
The President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, is increasing the informational component of intimidation of the world with a new ballistic missile, known as “Oreshnik”, by threatening to use it on “decision-making centers”.
As Andriy Kovalenko, head of the Center for Countering Disinformation of the National Security Council of Ukraine, explained, the master of the Kremlin is doing this right now, not by chance.
“In fact, Putin is doing everything with Oreshnik to raise the stakes as much as possible before the arrival of Trump,” he emphasized.
According to Kovalenko, Russia will not change its tactics from 2022 and is betting exclusively on informational influence and creating panic.
“The reaction to this on the part of the democratic world should be simple – increasing pressure on the Russian Federation. “Peace through strength”, – added the head of the CSDP of the NSDC.
