In Sumy, as a result of a rocket attack on a multi-story building, the number of dead has increased to 10. Among the dead are two children – a 9-year-old boy and a 14-year-old girl.
This was reported to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine and the Sumy OVA.

Rescuers and all necessary services continue to work at the scene of the tragedy. More than 400 residents were evacuated from damaged buildings.
In addition, windows of six ten-story buildings were damaged, and four cars were destroyed. An apartment-by-apartment tour of all damaged buildings is being conducted to find victims.
