In 2024, Kirov residents began to more actively use online services to find work. Mobile Internet traffic on such resources increased by 28% compared to last year, and the number of users increased by 15%. HeadHunter became the fastest growing service in the region. Yota analysts came to this conclusion based on an analysis of anonymized subscriber data.

The time that job seekers spend on job sites has almost doubled. This figure averaged 62 minutes per month, which is 20% more than a year earlier.

In the Kirov region, the majority of new applicants came from the age category of 46-55 years (+24% of users). In second place is the group of 26-35 years old with an increase of 21%.
