In the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, the Russian Federation has strengthened control over people who celebrate Christmas holidays on December 24 and 25 according to the New Julian calendar.
This was reported by ATESH representatives in Telegram.
It became known that collaborators at enterprises transfer lists of such persons to the FSB, considering them to be “potential saboteurs”.
ATESH said that the occupiers consider the celebration of Christmas on these dates as a manifestation of Ukrainian identity and try to suppress any cultural traditions related to the Ukrainian church and people. However, attempts to eradicate Ukrainian culture are doomed to failure.
