People's Deputy of Ukraine Yury Kamelchuk spoke out in favor of disbanding Territorial Procurement Centers (TCC) and joint ventures due to their “inefficiency and incompetence”.
Kamelchuk stated this on Kyiv24.news
“There are too many people working there and too inefficiently – 99% of their work can be automated,” the People's Deputy emphasized.
According to him, they failed to mobilize, and now Ukraine has a more appropriate alternative: independent professional recruiting by military units. He noted that this change will improve recruitment efficiency.
