The personnel problem in banks is less acute than in the country as a whole

At the VTB “Russia Calling” forum, a member of the bank’s board Dmitry Pyanov discussed current issues of unemployment and migration in Russia with regional journalists. Pyanov noted that the country is in a unique situation with a minimal level of unemployment, which, according to him, requires finding a compromise between national security and attracting migrants to fill the labor shortage.

According to the top manager, today there is a clear bias towards the priority of national security, which limits the possibility of migrants entering. It is necessary to find a balance that allows us to attract respectable migrants from friendly countries, while avoiding the entry of criminal elements into the country.
