The Kyiv police confirmed this information to TSN.ua.

“Yes. A suicide was recorded. A 24-year-old woman committed suicide. It is known that she is from the Kirovohrad region. The woman's body was discovered earlier at 4:30 a.m.,” Kyiv police told TSN.ua.
