The President of Slovakia believes that Ukraine will have to make territorial concessions
The President of Slovakia made a resounding statement about the compromises that, in his opinion, Ukraine should make for the sake of peace.
Slovak President Peter Pellegrini believes that Ukraine “will have to accept partial territorial losses” to end the war.
This is reported by the Slovak publications Denník N and STVR.
Pellegrini is worried that when the war in Ukraine ends, “weapons and various groups of people can get to Slovakia.”
“When it comes to peace, I believe that it is necessary to be realistic. Today, probably no one in Europe among sane people believes that it will be possible to achieve peace without some partial territorial losses for Ukraine,” says the Slovak president.
