The current president of Croatia, Zoran Milanovic, who is considered pro-Russian, according to exit polls, received 51.48% of the vote in the election.

In second place was Dragan Primorac, a candidate from the Croatian Democratic Union, who won 19.29% of the vote. Independent candidate Maria Selak Raspudich and Ivana Kekin from the party “We can!” shared the third place. — both scored approximately 8% each. Preliminary data are in line with predictions that indicated Milanovich's advantage.
