The government of the Kirov region has published a new program of events for the project “Kirov – the New Year's capital of Russia.”

December 14

On Spasskaya Square The New Year's skating rink will open at 10:00 (0+).

On pedestrian Spasskaya The Vyatka Fair will open at 10:00 (0+). From 11:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 18:00 the fairytale carriage (6+) will start operating. At 13:00 there will be a concert and entertainment program “On the Wings of the New Year” (6+). From 17:00 to 19:00 a family entertainment program (6+) is organized.

At city sites from 11:00 to 13:00 the family quest “12 wishes” (0+) will be held again.

By appointment by phone 8-8332-22-48-31 at 12:00 and 14:00 you can visit bus tour “New Year's City” (0+).

At Apollo Park from 12:00 to 14:00 the residence of Vyatka Father Frost (0+) will be open.

In the Alexander Garden at 13:00 they will organize a New Year's game program “Together for the holiday of dreams” (0+).
