The Rada adopted the law on the state budget for 2025 – UNIAN
257 people's deputies voted for the adoption of the law.
During the meeting, the Verkhovna Rada adopted in the second reading and in general the draft law on the state budget of Ukraine for 2025. Prime Minister Denis Shmygal announced this.
“The state budget for 2025 has been adopted! Thanks to the people’s deputies for their support. All taxes of citizens and businesses next year will be directed to the defense and security of our country. The total resource that will be directed to the security and defense sector will amount to UAH 2.23 trillion.” , – noted the head of government.
According to Shmygal, record funds will be spent on the production and purchase of weapons, for which 739 billion UAH have been provided. There will be more funding for the modernization of our defense industry…
