The Rada has determined the punishment for traitors-lovers of the Russian Federation – UNIAN
Awards will be deprived according to a decree of the President of Ukraine or a court decision.
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine supported the presidential bill on depriving state awards of persons who popularize Russia, spread propaganda of the aggressor state or commit other illegal actions against Ukraine. This was announced by People's Deputy of Ukraine Pavel Frolov.
283 people's deputies of Ukraine voted for the law under registration number 11410.
According to the law, deprivation of state awards of Ukraine can be carried out by decision of the National Security and Defense Council in the form of sanctions put into effect by decree of the resident.
