The Rada has simplified the procedure for trading used cars – UNIAN
Companies will be able to buy and sell cars without registering them with the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the TsK.
The Verkhovna Rada adopted bill No. 9083 as a whole, which improves the procedure for wholesale and retail trade in vehicles by business entities that are registered with the Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. According to People's Deputy of Ukraine Yaroslav Zheleznyak, this decision was supported by 270 People's Deputies.
“He proposes to provide the opportunity to business entities that are engaged in the wholesale and retail trade of motor vehicles to buy and sell vehicles as goods, without registering them with the Service Center (service center – UNIAN) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and TsK,” Zheleznyak noted.
